Refunds, Renewals & Cancellation — Transmute App

This page is part of the Transmute App Terms of Service (§2.4). Purfect Labs Inc. ("Purfect Labs," "we") sells Transmute App subscriptions; payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

The short version

• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime by email — no reason required. Your license works until the end of the period you paid for, plus the ten-day grace period.
• A free seven-day trial lets you evaluate the app before you pay.
• Cancelling never touches your local data. The app's paid features stop after your paid period (plus the grace period); your logs, configuration, and files stay on your machine, untouched.

1. Automatic renewal — the disclosure

When you buy, the point of sale shows the SKU, the per-seat price, the number of seats, and the billing interval (monthly or yearly), and the subscription renews automatically at that price, for the same interval, until cancelled. Each license key is issued for one billing period; renewed keys are issued for each renewed period, and no new key is issued after your subscription ends. Where the law that applies to you requires advance notice of a renewal, we send it by email to the address associated with your subscription. Price changes apply only from your next renewal, with prior notice.

2. How to cancel

Email shawn@purfectlabs.com from the address you used at checkout (or include your Stripe receipt) and ask us to cancel — no phone call, no retention chat, no reason required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep what you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method.

• Try before you buy: the free seven-day trial exists so you can confirm the app works for you before paying.
• Refund requests: email shawn@purfectlabs.com with your checkout email address and the charge in question. We review each request and may grant refunds at our discretion; we always grant refunds that the law applicable to you requires.
• No partial-period refunds otherwise, except where your local law requires one.
• Abuse (e.g., repeated buy-refund cycles, key abuse) may be declined.

4. EU / UK buyers — withdrawal right

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By activating a license key you request immediate performance and acknowledge the withdrawal right is lost on full performance to the extent the law provides. Nothing here limits your statutory guarantees, which apply regardless of this policy.

5. What happens to your stuff

Nothing. The app runs on your machine and we hold none of your content. After a subscription lapses (and the signed license grace period passes), paid features turn off — your data, logs, and configuration remain yours, on your machine, exactly where they were.
