How is pricing set?
Flat and scoped per engagement, quoted in writing after we understand your environment. No per-seat pricing, no per-token meter, no usage billing.
What if the evals don't pass?
Then you don't pay. Acceptance is contractual: the eval suite goes green in your environment, or the engagement isn't billable.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. What you've already paid is credited toward the upgrade, and the difference is settled at final invoice.
